The Africa Network for Environment and Economic Justice, ANEEJ, is a national NGO being funded by the Department for International Development, DFID, on the Monitoring Recovered Assets through transparency and accountability, MANTRA Project, on the Anti-Corruption in Nigeria, ACORN Programme.

ANEEJ is now updating her register of Vendors and service providers in order to ensure that it continuously receives best quality services and best value for money. ANEEJ is hereby inviting interested and qualified vendors to express interest in providing any of the following categories of goods and services.

LOT 8 Supply of Vehicle Tyres and Accessories
LOT 9 Production of Iron Boxes
LOT 10 Supply of Diesel
LOT 11 Car hire Services
LOT 12 IT Equipment-Printers, Photocopiers, Projector, Laptops, etc.
LOT 13 Office Cleaning, Fumigation, Pest Control and Sanitary Services
LOT 14 Hotel Services
LOT 15 Security Services
LOT 16 Legal/Consultancy Services
LOT 17 Catering Services
LOT 18 Training and Capacity Building Services
LOT 19 Quick Books Enterprise Accounting Software Experts
LOT 20 Renewable Energy/Solar, Inverter
LOT 21 Electric Transformer and other Electrical Supplies

Interested Vendors are invited to apply by indicating the category of goods and services they wish to provide. Existing vendors who wish to be retain should also reapply and submit up-to-date information as required.

Qualification Requirements:

To be eligible for consideration, interested companies must submit tender documentation which includes the following:

Profile of Organisation including: –

  • Copy of evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
  • Physical address of the organization
  • Key contacts (website, email and telephone
  • Profile of management (and technical) staff of the company with their qualifications and relevant work experience
  • Current Company audited financial statement for the past 3(three) year including tax clearance certificates (2016, 2017, 2018)
  • Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity
  • Clients’ reference for work which have been performed within the last five years
  • Copies of letter of awards & successful completion certificate and supporting reference letter should be attached.

Please Note:

All cost incurred by bidders as a result of this process and any subsequent request for information shall be borne by the bidding companies

Only company that satisfy the pre-qualification requirements will be contacted with a Request for Quote (RFQ)

Submission of Application/Closing Date: two weeks from the date of this publication i.e. (February 2, 2020).

The CATEGORY NUMBER/2020 Should be boldly written on the top right-hand corner of the pre-qualification submission and the subject line should include information on the class of goods/services applied for and the location. The sealed envelope containing one hard copy of the submission should be forwarded to the address provided below while one copy as a PDF attachment be forwarded to the address procurement@aneej.org on or before two weeks from the date of this publication.
