The Africa Network for Environment and Economic Justice, ANEEJ, is updating its Register of Vendors and service providers in order to ensure that it continuously receives best quality services and value for money. ANEEJ is hereby Inviting interested and qualified vendors to express interest in providing any of the following categories of goods and services:

Lot 11IT Equipment- Printers, Photocopiers, Projectors, Laptops etc.
Lot 12Office Cleaning, Fumigation, Pest Control and Sanitary Services

Interested Vendors are Invited to apply by indicating the category of goods and services they wish to provide. Existing Vendors who wish to be retained should also re-apply and submit up to date information as required

Qualification Requirements:

To be eligible for consideration, interested companies must submit tender documentation which includes the following:

  • Profile of the Organisation including – Copy of evidence of company registration with the corporate affair commission
  • Physical address of the organization
  • Key contacts(website, email, and telephone)
  • Profile of management ( and technical )staff 0f the company with their qualification and relevant work experience
  • Evidence of tax identification number (TIN)
  • Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity
  • Client reference for work which have been performed within the last three years
  • Copies of letters and award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached

Submission of application closes 2(two) weeks from the date of this publication.

All documents should be scanned and sent to procurement@aneej.org not later than two weeks from this publication.
