REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS (RFA) – For the Design of Livelihood Support Projects (Rice Mill and Cassava Mill) in Edo and Delta States

The Africa Network for Environment and Economic Justice (ANEEJ), with support from Bread for the World (BftW), is implementing a three-year project titled “Tackling Poverty through Livelihood Support, Advocacy for Social Protection, Climate Justice and Anti-Corruption” from October 2023 to September 2026.

Now entering its final year, the project has successfully established community-based livelihood enterprises in four pilot communities with the goal of empowering poor and vulnerable groups through small-scale agro-processing and income-generating initiatives.

In Year 3, ANEEJ seeks to scale up these livelihood models to six additional communities across Edo and Delta States, consolidating project gains and expanding opportunities for inclusive, climate-resilient enterprise. The construction of community-based Rice Milling and Cassava Processing facilities forms part of this expansion strategy.

To this end, ANEEJ is inviting qualified Architectural Firms and Individual Architects to submit applications for the design of two standard livelihood processing facilities (Rice Mill and Cassava Mill) tailored for use in rural communities in Edo and Delta States.
