Corruption and the effective utilization of recovered assets remain pressing issues for development in Nigeria. Recognizing the importance of ensuring quality infrastructure funded through asset recovery, including funds such as Abacha 3 and the proposed Alamieyeseigha assets, ANEEJ with support from Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) seeks to assess and improve the quality of 3 government-funded road infrastructure projects: The Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Second Niger Bridge and the Abuja-Kano expressway. This assessment aims to provide transparency, accountability, and value for money in the execution of public works using recovered assets.
