ANEEJ PATICIPATION @THE NETHERLANDS STOP DIRTY FUEL MEETING…pics

 

On December 1 2016, the Nigerian government, together with her Ghanaian counterpart, in collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme, UNEP, organised a meeting on the ECOWAS level to stand up as one to end the importation of Dirty Fuels to West Africa. That meeting was attended by Togo, Benin Republic, Ghana and Ivory Coast. 

But the campaign to end the importation of Dirty Fuels cannot begin and end if Europe and the rest of the countries across the Atlantic are not involved. And so on the 5th day of December 2016, a high level meeting between government officials in Africa and Europe on the one hand, and CSOs from Africa and Europe, held to look for ways and means to end the importation of Dirty Fuels to West Africa.
